🔒 Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Hi! Zak's Brain Games is built to be a safe, friendly place to play. Here's exactly what we do (and don't do) with your information — written in plain language so kids and grown-ups can understand it.

What we collect

Almost nothing. Just visiting and playing requires no sign-ups, no logins, and no accounts. We don't collect, store, or share any personal information from regular visits.

We do offer two optional forms at the bottom of the page — one for submitting a game and one for getting in touch. If you choose to use those, the information you type in (and only that) is emailed to the site owner so they can reply or review your suggestion. We don't store form submissions on the site, and we don't share them with anyone else.

Cookies & tracking

We don't use cookies. We don't use analytics. We don't track you across the web.

There are no ads on Zak's Brain Games.

About the games

Zak's Brain Games is a directory that links out to other game websites. When you click "Play Now," you'll open a new tab to that game's website (like fourcircles.app, stopthefire.app, playhue.app, or demoderby.app). Those sites are separate from this one, and each has its own privacy policy. We recommend checking their policies if you'd like to know how those games handle information.

Game previews

To show a live preview image of each game, we use a free public screenshot service (thum.io) that fetches a picture of the game's home page. This service only sees the URL of the game site — never any personal info about you.

Kids and families (COPPA)

Zak's Brain Games is designed to be kid-friendly and family-safe. Because we don't collect any information at all, we don't collect anything from children under 13 (or anyone else). If you're a parent or guardian and have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We'll only ever change it to make things clearer or safer.

Questions?

If you'd like to ask anything about this privacy policy, you can reach out through the contact information posted on our deployment account.
