The short version: Zak's Brain Games is made for kids. We make many of the games ourselves, and they are built right into the app. It collects no personal information, has no ads, no trackers, and no logins, works fully offline, and makes no network requests. Hi! Zak's Brain Games is built to be a safe, friendly place for children to play and learn. This policy explains, in plain language that both kids and grown-ups can understand, exactly what we do (and don't do) with information.
Zak's Brain Games is intended for children and families. We have designed it to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and to respect the principles of the European Union's data-protection rules for children (GDPR-K). The simplest way we protect kids' privacy is by not collecting any information in the first place.

There are no third-party analytics, no advertising, and no tracking technologies anywhere in this app. We do not use cookies to follow you, and we do not build profiles of players. The app does not "phone home."
We make many of the games ourselves, and every game is bundled inside the app itself — they are not independent third-party games hosted somewhere else. Once it is installed, Zak's Brain Games runs completely offline and makes no network requests to any outside server. All of the games live inside the app and open in the same window — there are no links out to other websites.
Some games may remember small things like your current streak or best score so the game is more fun to come back to. When they do, that information is saved only on your own device (for example, in the browser's local storage). It is never sent anywhere, never shared, and you can clear it at any time by clearing the app's or browser's data.
Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to share or sell. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with anyone, ever.
Zak's Brain Games is free to play. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no payment forms anywhere in the app.
Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects nothing from children under 13 (or any age).
